I’m Kate Millard, an Occupational Therapist specialising in compassionate, person-centred assessments that bring clarity and direction to the people I work with. With five years of experience across Australia and the UK, I provide high-quality, evidence-based assessments and clinical reports that help individuals access the supports, equipment, and services they need to live safely and independently.

My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a genuine commitment to understanding each person’s story. Growing up with family members who lived with neurological conditions shaped my passion for OT and showed me the life-changing impact of meaningful support.

I’ve developed a strong interest in one-off assessments, as I find it incredibly rewarding to help people secure the funding and resources that can truly transform daily life. I take the time to listen, assess thoughtfully, and provide clear, practical recommendations that make a real difference.

My experience spans inpatient mental health, NDIS community practice specialising in one-off reporting (including Functional Capacity Assessments, Assistive Technology assessments, and SIL/SDA reports), aged care one-off assessments, and occupational rehabilitation, where I completed detailed ADL assessments to support return-to-function planning. This diverse background allows me to deliver assessments that are clinically sound, holistic, and sensitive to the complexities people face.

If you’re seeking a warm, reliable, and detail-driven Occupational Therapist for one-off assessments or comprehensive functional reporting, I’m here to help.
